Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.

- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.

- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.

- Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.

- Identify partnership opportunities

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand

- Maintain existing business

- Think critically when planning to assure project success

- Identify partnership opportunities

- Evaluating and improving sales strategies, as well as identifying new customers.

- Develop and execute sales strategy for sufficient revenue generation as per the goals.

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

- Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.

- Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.

- Drafting smart and crisp business proposals

- Approaching and meeting prospective clients and closing the deal

- One on one meeting with key clients and presenting the proposal Networking - Beyond Social Media!

- Addressing the leads generated through marketing and branding activities initiated by company

- Establishing good relations with existing clients.

- Identifying cross-selling opportunities

- Manage the sales process and paperwork.

Requirements :

.Bachelor's Degree is a must

- Previous proven experience as a Business Development Strategist in a Digital marketing agency for a minimum of 3 years.

- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients

- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.

- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.

- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.

- Ability to advise on possible joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

 -Excellent written and oral command over the English language

 - Open to traveling within and outside Chennai

 - Good networking skills

- Ability to interact with strangers

- Excellent in presentation creation and delivery

- Sharp presence of mind

- Fun-loving and foodaholic!

- High on integrity.

- Experience in the field of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
