Manager - Business Development - Digital Marketing Firm (3-11 yrs)

You will be responsible to define long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

You will be a computer science or related discipline graduate and a business postgraduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and sales in the ITES industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive sales and execute successful business development strategies

- Win new businesses and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets

- Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts

- Develop new business relationships

- Write compelling business proposals. Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills

- Good negotiation skill

- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion

- Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge of all things digital

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing in a digital marketing domain

- MBA in Sales & Marketing from a renowned institute/ university

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing products and services

- Proficient in the English language
