Manager - Business Development - Digital Marketing Agency (3-4 yrs)
The Client is a digital marketing agency based in Mumbai, India is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager.

Your goal will be to find a prospect and sell to them our marketing services (Inbound Marketing, PPC, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing) while up-selling whenever possible. The ideal candidate has experience closing 6 to 7 figure contracts.
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries with the objective of selling new or additional products and/or services.
- Provide customers with product and service information. Responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of a variety of products and services.
- Use Needs-Based Selling techniques to sell internet marketing services and products to achieve client goals; includes creating & utilizing effective sales presentations, expert product knowledge and meeting availability.
- Handle all enquiries with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create a positive relationship for the client in all customer contacts.
- Contribute to the success of the sales team by maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude and working harmoniously with the team and supervisor.
- Meet the company's expectations regarding attendance and punctuality and follow all applicable procedures and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
