The Job
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop tailored design solutions that meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new projects and partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to management.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in a design agency or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
