Manager - Business Development - Culinary Startup (2-7 yrs)

The Kitchen Connect established in 2015 as a bespoke Culinary Startup company with a Central Kitchen along with a Caf in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi. Promoted by Sakshi Mithal, ex- banker and now a successful Entrepreneur, TKC is looking to become a market leader in the Niche International Foods segment & healthy Gourmet Snacks.
Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales & Business Development for Bulk Corporate Orders, Conferences, Exhibitions, Catering, Outdoor Menus, Food training Workshops, Regular Supply of Desserts, Cates, Parties, Occasions, etc.
2. Client Development & Relation building with HNIs, Embassies, High Net worth & Niche Companies for High end Catering & selective International food items.
3. Client Development with Govt Departments, Business Centres, Startups, Educational Centres, others.
4. Market Intelligence, Competitor Analysis, Marketing Activities,
5. Ability to Work Independently & build a team over time.
6. Strategy Development & active involvement in Developing technology driven solutions/ Digital Marketing, etc.
7. Invoicing & Collection
8. Planning, Budgeting, MIS, Reporting, CRM
Salary : INR 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. / According to industry standards
