Experience: 3-5 years

Looking for a who will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process, will collaborate with various professionals. Should be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals in order to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

- Ability to implement focused sales tactics to achieve top line sales results for the organization.

- Identifying potential areas for grooming team members through regular assessments & mentoring.

- Handling escalations,queries, pre-generated leads and helping team in converting them into sales.

- Analyzing data trends and giving inputs for developing strategic sales plans.

- Preparing plans & strategies for achieving monthly/weekly assigned targets.

- Conceptualizing & implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume

- Engage & retain clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups & value delivery

- Focusing on revenue generating and contributing to overall business objectives and profitability

- Coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team of in-house sales professionals.

- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years

MBA preferred
