About US : We are a one stop solution for all corporate food requirements. Our platform eases the hassle of corporate food ordering for employees as well as employers. The company today works with over 15 marquee clients serving over 21,000 plates a week.

Your Challenge :

The role of Manager - Business Development gives you the chance to shape the future of the company by acquiring for it its most important asset of the company - Corporate clients.

As Manager - Business Development you will be responsible for:-

- Planning client acquisition strategies

- Cold calling

- Fixing appointments

- Value selling to CXOs, Head - HRs, Admins, Facility manager etc

- Ensure 3Plate platform is used for all f&b requirements of the company

- Account management with acquired clients

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree/Post graduate degree in Business management/Hotel Management/B-com/B.Sc etc

- Atleast 1+ yr experience of corporate sales/B2B sales having working relationships which can be leveraged for future sales

- Good command over English language both written and spoken

- Experience of working in a start-up will be a plus

Target profiles:

- BHM graduates selling 5-star property room-nights to corporates

- Sales team of corporate gifting, corporate stationary kind of companies

- Corporate sales team of job portals

- Sales team of Corporate Event management companies
