- We are hiring Business Development Manager for our client in Hyderabad.

Location : Hitech City, Hyderabad

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's & Masters Degree in Commerce/ Business.

- 2- 3 years experience.

Key Attributes and Work Exposure :

- A consulting company which is into Managed services (Compliance, Book Keeping, Accounting, Tax, and Payroll) for corporates is looking for a candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills to handle Client Relationship & Business Development. The role broadly encompasses:

A. Purpose and scope :

- To explore the business opportunities in an organic and inorganic way, work towards strengthening the organization brand and improve the visibility of the company and engage in improving the client servicing levels (existing & new clients) in line with business strategies and goals.

B. Duties and responsibilities :

- Responsible for Generating leads and manage a healthy pipeline.

- Identifying potential business opportunities and initiating conversations about the companies services.

- Pursuing the prospective clients for conversion

- Building new collaborations and partnerships in India & overseas

- Achieving the conversion ratio as per business strategies

- Building and improving relationships with Clients & Trusted partners.

- Conducting events, Seminars towards brand building.

- Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.

- Oversee Customer Relationship Management system.

C. Competencies : (Technical & Behavioral)

- Tech savvy and high familiarity with Social media & professional Portals

- Business Acumen & Networking

- Influencing and convincing

- High proficiency in Business presentation & communication skills

- Familiar with MS Office ( Excel and PowerPoint)

- Go getter and result oriented approach with conviction

F. Minimum Requirements :

- B.Com/ MBA - Marketing with 2 - 3 years experience.

- Should have worked with B2B Sales.
