Manager - Business Development - Construction Material/Glass Processing Firm (2-6 yrs)

- 05+ year's channel and retail sales experience with minimum 2-3 years in the Construction Material/Glass Processing industry.

- Manufacturing of Architectural and Automotive Glasses, Toughened Glasses, and Bend Tempered Glasses, Laminated; Double Glazing, Frosted & Ultra Clear Glasses

- Well established contacts with Builders/Developers, Glass Fabricators, Interior Turnkey Contractors, Glass Doors & Windows Manufacturer, Glass Dealers and OEM's.

- Ability to handle area/regional sales

- Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes by analysing the inquiries in hand, order pipeline and fresh order logins.

- Ability to analyze, establish and execute a pre-sales and post sales strategy

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the define area/region

- Ability to handle project and retail sales to achieve individual sales targets

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in existing and new customer accounts

- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers

- Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of defined area/region and do timely reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers requirement

- Plan detailed sales plan for their respective markets

- Good communication skills to interact with customer and company internal functions.

- To identify and appoint potential customers for processed glass in Architectural and Automotive sector.

- Contribute by achieving defined Sales Targets by identifying new customers.
