Looking for a Business development manager ( Client Onboarding / HR Staffing ) for a company located in Delhi .
Skills Required :
1. Should have an experience of B2B Sales / Institutional Sales
2. Should be able to work independently and must be target oriented
3. Should have good interpersonal skills
4. Should have excellent English communication skill
5. Should be open to travel nationally and internationally, if required.
6. Should have understanding of currency conversion ratios.
Job Description :
1. Lead Generation through the personal contacts and database.
2. Plan and generate strategies for new business opportunity in IT / Non IT (both nationally and internationally).
3. Will be responsible for business expansion.
4. Creating relationship with the existing clients for more business. Should retain and understand scope for additional business from existing accounts
5. Creating and presenting company and it's product presentations to clients.
6. Should be able to work with management to develop and implement strategic sales plan
7. Creation of proposals for clients along with the management and take the deal towards closure.
