Product Market Description
- Responsible for new business development in Packaging from Chemicals segment using an integrated approach linking Automation, Packaging consumables and Service needs of the Industry
- To drive business growth from these segments by working in matrix structure
Desired profile of the candidate
- BE, MBA Preferred
- 5+ Years- experience
- In Sales, Key Accounts Management, Business Development
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret data & with strong detailing skills Team player
- Key focus categories here are :- Key Account Management with select Top 10 Exporting companies
- Should have an expertise in working with key customers in Chemicals & Pharma with a clear industry perspective on Exports
- Ideally, the person should have experience in direct value added project sales
- Critical thinking required and ability to plan proactively
- Good past track record of new business development from large Accounts and Projects
- High level of energy, enthusiasm & drive
- He should be self- motivated to drive this development initiative
