Job Description :
1. In charge of developing plans and managing sales of solvent cement in the area.
2. Look into and locate fresh business prospects
3. Development of Competent Distributors
4. Establish and preserve connections with clients
5. Create and put into action sales tactics
6. Work along with internal groups
7. Encourage the internal sales team to work on market expansion and the opening of new outlets.
8. A new team member from the region receives on-the-job product training.
9. Track market trends: To keep ahead of the competition and spot possible growth prospects, stay current on market trends and rival activity.
10. Send regular reports: Send top management regular reports on company development initiatives, covering targets achieved and possible areas for improvement.
