Manager - Business Development - Cardio/Cardiovascular Segment (12-18 yrs)

Experience in Handling Mumbai & Gujarat with min 12-18 yrs experience, Managing field force of 50 and handling volume of 1-3 crores. Must have worked as 3rd Line Manager in Cardio.

Reporting to Sales Head

Business Development:

- New Product Development opportunities.

- Regular follow-up with field regarding implementation of strategies and monitoring the response of doctors on inputs Mumbai & Gujarat

- Regularly conducting Training sessions for Field Colleagues and Briefing meetings on quarterly basis.

- Lead state team of Regional sales managers, Area sales managers and Medical representatives, Motivating, Team building, training & developing to achieve sales target of state team.

- Business & Market analysis, Responsible for implementation of marketing and sales strategies & for growth and development of assigned region.

- Setting up sales and profitability target for team members based on H.O schemes and getting it achieve through team.

- Handling separate profit & loss account for analyzing the cost structure to derive the profitability for organization.

- Developing and implementing employee engagement and development activities.

- Researched market trends and customer needs across region and implementing strategies to achieving the sales target

- Monthly review and analysis of product wise sales

- Extension of distribution coverage & analysis functioning, viability, performance through constant supervision lead the team & achieve sales target.
