We have an urgent Opening for Business Development Manager (Project Sales)

Job requirements:

- Developing market for Project sales.

- Work on projects by working closely with architects and consultants to ensure that of projects.

- Manage key accounts like architectural firms, contractors corporates and Interior Designing firms in providing a contact for products in their respective projects and also ensuring a support in the execution of won projects.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and deliver sales targets set in line with the Company vision and goals

- Target for Specification and Conversion to Sales

- Creating market for Project by increasing the market presence through personal rapport with the target clientele.

- Grow project pipeline by working closely with Architects / Contractors / Developers

- Increase conversion from project specification opportunities and also through fabricators and OEMs.

- Develop and drive marketing activities relevant for increasing business revenue in the area.

- Ensure timely reports like forecasts, travel plans and visit reports are implemented within the team.

Knowledge and experience :

- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or Architecture

- Preferably from construction industry and with project products- background

- High degree of proficiency in MS Office; with strong presentation skills

- Results-oriented and team player

- Minimum 5 to 7 years- experience in a related field

- Good negotiation skills

- With existing network of contacts among architectural firms, contractors and real estate developers preferred

- Strong familiarity with project management tools
