Job Description :
1. In charge of the region's sales of solvent cement and development efforts related to it.
2. Do research and find fresh business prospects
3. Competency Development for Distributors
4. Establish and nurture client connections
5. Create and put into action marketing plans
6. Work with in-house groups
7. Assist the internal sales team in expanding their market development efforts and opening additional outlets
8. On-the-job product training for a recently hired regional team member.
9. Track market developments : To keep ahead of the competition and spot possible growth prospects, stay current on market developments and rival activity.
10. Provide regular reports : Report on business development initiatives on a regular basis to senior management, outlining targets achieved and possible areas for improvement.
