Job Description :
1.To achieve specification value target of Architect business through specifying in Commercial/ Residential/ office/Hotel projects by following up with the Architects.
2.To achieve centralized specification in PSU"s and their tenders.
3.To ensure conversion of specification to Orders through respective Sales Team of the region.
4.Building relationships with the Architects across North India
5.To manage marketing activities related to Architect segments like Presentations, raining, New product Launch and so on.
6.Managing the sales and marketing of Building Material Products
7.Managing Project Sales, Meeting with Architects, consultant & Decorative Agencies.
8.Looking after Existing Project as well as New Project.
9.Planned strategies based on competitor activity.
