KPA's for the role :

- Lead the sales arm to ensure business growth by finding and assessing leads, creating connections with potential clients, and assisting in reaching revenue goals.

- Keep current with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, conduct market research to spot growth opportunities in target segments, aligning messaging with desired outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales and Sales Leaders and ensure a successful showcasing of the company's solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities, understand client needs, and position the company's BPO and Digital Transformation solutions as the ideal choice for their organizational requirements.

- Furnish reports and updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to the sales and management teams. Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize lead generation efforts.

Must haves :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in core Sales or Business Development & Lead Generation in the BPO/KPO space

- Experience in Services BD in the International Markets

- Knowledge of CRM tools and other sales software for lead management and reporting.

- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Graduation/Masters Degree
