Job Description:
- Senior client relationship manager, to ensure seamless data dissemination to DotEx clients, senior point of contact for clients to report issues related to data delivery, creating new products to be offered to the clients, liaising with internal teams and providing good experience to clients.
- Close deals and achieve the targets set by management
- Lead generation by scanning various websites
- Following up with prospects over email/phone calls to pitch DotEx products and services
- Periodic sales related MIS to be sent to HOD
- Maintaining new sales and cancellation tracker
- Responding to client queries via email and phone
- Managing the relationship with the client and ensuring that they have a good experience with DotEx
- Understanding market data policies of global exchanges
- Working closely with technical teams for development of new products
- Improving existing products
Role Requirements :
- Understanding of the financial and securities markets.
- Understanding of global market data industry
Experience: 8-10 years of experience with market data companies such as Tier 1 IT companies
Candidates who have worked as Business Analyst for Financial companies may also fit for this role
Qualification :- MBA - Finance

Reports to Administratively : Chief Manager
Working hours/days : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm/5days
