Manager - Business Development - BFSI (3-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and acquisition of new to bank customers, through direct sales of the business's SME products.

- Generation of new leads via sales promotions, out-marketing calls, seminars, actively building alliances and partnerships with Agencies.

- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups.

- Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards, KYC, FAA, local laws, and regulations.

- Early Engagement and Activation of accounts on Investments.

- Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges, etc proactively to the customer and ensure best onboarding service standards

- Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process with respect to right selling, sourcing, and documentation.

Qualifications :

- 4-5 Years- experience preferably in the financial services industry.

- Either prior experience of acquiring high-net-worth clients (MSME/SME/HNI) or prior experience in investment products, such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, equity, fixed-income (bonds) will be preferred.

- Other Industry relevant sales experience such as real estate / Assets experience can be considered.

- MBA or Tertiary degree equivalent Education.

Age Criteria: Between 25 to 32 years of age.
