Manager - Business Development - BFSI (3-4 yrs)
- Plans and implements strategy and tactics in meeting all measures of the target
- Develops Sales Team and Leaders to recruit Leaders and Advisors
- Responsible for Market Mapping, Competition Analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Drives distribution teams by implementing developmental and motivational activities to increase productivity and competency
- Coordinating with sales, training, and other functions to address concerns of distributors in the assigned branches
Candidates Requirement:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
- CTC: Up to 3.90 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
