- You will Manage Marketing and Your Team- Performance.
- Ability to work in Team Environment and Independently.
- Identifying & Recruiting Potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors.
- Driving business targets through an insurance advisor.
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured by a team of advisors to achieve the team's profitability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 37 years
