Business Development Manager
- Introduce new service lines into the account
- Understand the client's strategic objectives and identify service offerings to match
- Secure and lead sales calls with senior decision-makers
- Identify, qualify, pursue and negotiate/resolve concerns to close sales
- Lead the pursuit process of major opportunities working closely with key partners
Candidate Requirement :
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
CTC : Up to 3.80 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city or resided in the same city for more than 3 years
- Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies.
- Ability to determine the best insurance policy for individual clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
