Business Development Manager
- Identifying target customers and segments for Aspire products and services
- Coordinating and driving new business revenues from Financial Institutions and new affinity markets
- Delivering against sales targets, as previously agreed, on an ongoing basis
- Bringing a clearly differentiated value proposition to market
- Raising the Aspire Insurance Advisers profile in the market through targeted communications
Candidates Requirement :
Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
CTC : Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- A highly organized and hardworking individual.
- Good customer service skills.
Abilities :
- Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies.
- Ability to determine the best insurance policy for individual clients.
