Business Development Manager are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Business Development Manager are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales

Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location : Bangalore

Experience : Min. 2+ years of Experience in sales/marketing and in BFSI sector

CTC : Up to2.76 + High Incentives + Other Benefits

Pay Roll : On Roll

Work Timing : 9Am - 6Pm

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To create leads.

- Get a sale by using various portals

- Making understanding to clients about products

- Visiting potential clients to make them understand and explaining about products and service

- Maintain strong and long -term Relationship with clients

- Giving Sales Presentation to client

- To make Immensely sales goals

- To prepared and provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients

- To coordinate with team and motivating them immensely sales goals.
