Responsibilities :
Agency Recruitment and Onboarding :
- Recruit and train new agency partners and agents.
- Ensure understanding of company policies and products.
Team Management :
- Lead and motivate a team of agents to meet sales targets.
- Provide coaching and performance evaluations.
Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets.
Reporting and Data Analysis :
- Generate and analyze sales reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-4 years of agency experience.
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
