Manager - Business Development - BFS (4-6 yrs)

- BNC is hiring Business Development Manager for a business conglomerate in UAE

1. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them, with a primary focus on achieving deposit targets, especially CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits, as well as cross-selling products such as credit cards, auto finance, home finance, and personal finance.

2. Identify key personnel in client companies and build strong relationships to foster profitable partnerships.

3. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and refer them to the sales team for further action.

5. Promote and maintain high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.

6. Strive to retain existing customers and renew contracts by providing personalized attention and excellent service.

7. Proactively approach potential customers to establish new relationships and expand the customer base.

8. Develop a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

9. Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to understand client preferences, needs, and expectations, in order to effectively maintain and nurture client relationships

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.

3. Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving targets.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and key stakeholders.

5. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable banking solutions.

6. Sound knowledge of banking products, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial services.

7. Proficient in using banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

9. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints.

10. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage.
