- As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.

Position : Business Development Manager

Location : Delhi, Lucknow, Varanasi

CTC : Up to 4 to 5 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Manage team of business associate manager and business associates

- Drive distribution engagement through choreography and training

- Work on cross sell and upsell campaigns and drive distribution for maximizing sales.

- Ability to track local competition and align monthly business activities to achieve sales objectives

- Drive productivities of employee's and distribution.

- Responsible for achieving business targets for the branch through building a sustainable and productive distribution force.

- Manage smooth business functioning, and successful implementation of various tactical and strategic business initiatives as other key responsibilities.

Requirements Skills : 

- Strong closing skills.

- Great written and verbal communication skills.

- Great networking abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

Age : 24 to 40 Years.

- Graduation in Any Stream.

- Minimum 3+ Years in sales and Marketing

- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.

- One who ready for challenges.

- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 5 years.
