Job Description :
- Be the voice of reason in strategizing, creating and executing all lead generation campaigns
- Be a mentor to teams of existing superstar Sales Development Representatives and second line managers
- Work with demand generation in developing the overall go-to-market strategy
- Improve overall program efficiency by regularly reviewing calling, emailing and sniping tactics
- Be actively involved in moving critical deals through the sales funnel
- Be the bridge between the customer and product marketing - and help identify new clusters and use cases
- Ensure we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for future growth
