Roles and Responsibilities :


- Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales.

- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents/IMs


- Identify, recruit and manage. Agents/IMs from the respective region.

- Train and motivate Agents/IMs to provide a better understanding of market/products.

- Monitor and review Agents/IMs performance.

- Help them achieve maximum business.

- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.

Candidate Requirement :

Age : 22 to 37 Yrs.

- Graduation in Any Stream.

- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing.

- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.

- One who ready for challenges.

- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
