Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Find competent financial consultants.
- Take care of your agents and advisors
- By using your agents, discover new business opportunities
- Assign them a task in sales and encourage them.
- Obtain the sales objective through intensives.
- Outstanding people and leadership abilities
Candidate prerequisite :
- Must have a degree.
- Field sales experience of at least two years
- The capacity to manage a group of advisors
- Not to be a job-hopper
- Ready to go on sale
- Strong leadership abilities are a requirement for the position.
- Excellent understanding of sales forecasting techniques
- Strong communication abilities in both writing and speaking.
- A strong sense of time management.
