Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Achieving predetermined sales targets.
- Determining individual sales goals in conjunction with the sales force.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on findings as needed.
- Supervising the sales team's performance and activities.
- Organising lead generation in conjunction with marketing.
- The continuous education of your sales force.
- Educating, motivating, and guiding your sales team about products.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 4 LPA
- Good communication skills
