- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve the company's sales targets and revenue goals. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies and tactics, and provide guidance and training to the sales team.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.

- Lead and manage a sales team to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide guidance and coaching to sales team members.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support of sales objectives.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development.

- Age : 22 to 45

- Must be local candidate

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
