Job Description :
- Recruit Business Associates and advisors.
- Coordinate the regulatory training.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Business Associate meetings.
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source For Sales Drive business submission and issuances.
- Motivate advisors and business associates for various contests and sales enablers.
- Daily update about the status of business and applicability in contest.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all stakeholders like customers and distributors.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
Age : 21 to 37 years
Education : Any Graduation
Candidate : Local Candidate
