Job Description :
- Lead Generation for SAMCO Business Partners.
- Delivering Business Opportunity Presentation
- Supporting Empanelment Process.
- Develop and Implement New Sales Initiatives.
- Training & Development of Business Partners.
- Addressing Client Meets.
- Joint Calls with clients.
- Awareness program via setting up public points at financial institutes, exchanges etc.
- Generating leads from existing clients and partners.
Skills required :
- Should be graduate from any stream.
- 1 Years + Experience of sales process.
- Preferred if holds experience of banking and financial sector.
- Comfortable with field sales.
- Variable pay will be based on below mentioned KRAs:
- No. of new leads added in the list in a month.
- Maintaining ratio of on boarded partners out of the leads.
- Achievement of target of Business partners on boarding per month.
- No of awareness session conducted per quarter and count of leads generated.
We are looking for field sales officers to boost our customer acquisition process by on boarding Business partners for SAMCO securities. A Business Partners is a person who is appointed by a stock broker and acts on behalf of a Trading Member as an agent but he is not a Trading Member of a Stock Exchange. SAMCO Business partner is a program wherein we appoint Business partner from across the country, who in turn gets leads for Account opening and Business partners. Business partners have access to online portal through which they can invite their friends, family and colleague to open an account with us.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
