Manager - Business Development - Bank (2-7 yrs)
- Better brand building & financial growth.
- Meeting with Prospective Clients(CEO/CFO/MD/GM/DGM).
- Liaising with other financial institutions like PSU bank/Private banks/Other NBFC for Debt Syndication.
- Promoting company's product & services to the prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal team /execution team to ensure smooth processing for new proposals assignments from lead generation to conversion.
- Monthly reviews with the team members to monitor achievement of individual targets, discuss business issues and design action plans to course correct, if required
- Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual by keeping them motivated, resolving their concerns/ challenges, if any and maintaining a positive team spirit.
