The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

- Cross-selling the bank's products and services.

- Performing day to day branch operations, including cash management, account opening and closure and remittance handling.

- Providing sound financial advice according to customers' needs and objectives.

- Providing excellent customer service.

- Providing inputs to streamline branch processes so as to improve operational efficiency.

- Ensuring strict compliance with audit and statutory guidelines.

- Managing the branch P&L and developing and implementing activities to achieve branch's financial targets.

- Overseeing daily branch operations and allocating resources to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Managing service delivery of the branch to ensure and excellent customer experience.

- Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining branch processes and improving operational efficiency.

- Coaching, training and developing branch staff.

- Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with internal policies and statutory guidelines.

- Managing P&L for a cluster of branches and developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial objectives.

- Setting and driving Key Performance Indicators and targets.

- Ensuring the smooth running of the branch operations.

- Keeping abreast of any changes on regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- You have at least 2 years experience ideally as a Branch Manager, Multi Branch Manager or Retail Banking Professional within Retail Banking.

- Experience selling Retail Assets and Retail Liabilities will be a strong plus.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
