Position : Business Development Manager
Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years in Sales and Marketing
Qualification : Graduate in any stream
Location : Korba, Raipur, Bhilai, Ambikapur, Bilaspur
CTC: Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentives + Bonus + Other Benefits
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and training to the new team members
- Motivate the team members
- Handling queries of clients via calls and handling clients on the field
- Provide training to the team members for improving their performance
- Preparing the weekly and monthly reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Establishing strong relationships with clients and team members
- Provide sales support to the clients and adviser
- Give information about new products
- Giving sales presentations to the clients
- Developing market strategies and using knowledge for improving performance
