We are hiring for the role of Business Development Manager for one of the most renowned names in the banking industry IndusInd Bank.

Salary Range: 3-3.25 LPA + Plus Incentives

Industry Requirements: 1-5 years (Freshers from MBA colleges can apply)

Job Role:

Responsible for acquiring new clients to bank & cross sell products to existing clients of the bank. Needs to ensure that the profile of clients acquired for the bank, are as per the bank standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achieve the Sales Targets(CA/SA) set in terms of NTB, Value and product mix

- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated product lines

- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics, and psychographics for his/her assigned territory

- Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion/ FTR%, UID penetration and NBD penetration

- Achieve Sales calls plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals

Requirements :

- Proficient in local language & English.

- Service attitude & Customer centric approach

- Proactive in achieving the sales target.

- Understanding of KYC Norms.
