Manager - Business Development - Bancassurance Channel - Life Insurance (4-8 yrs)
Objective Of The Role :
- To manage a team of ABDMs, SMs, and Sales Associates in the state
- To coach and mentor the team in mobilizing life insurance businesses from the assigned locations/districts.
- To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through a team of reporters
- Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner
- Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs, etc
- MIS management for the team and channel
- Daily/Monthly Activity Monitoring of the team
- Candidate must work in open architecture
Other Criteria :
- Team Handling Experience is a must.
- Candidate should be from Life Insurance - Banca Channel
