Manager - Business Development - Bancassurance Channel - Life Insurance (4-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- To manage a team of ABDMs, SMs, and Sales Associates in the state
- To coach and mentor the team in mobilizing the life insurance business from the assigned locations/districts.
- Contributing to the development of Sales strategies.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Candidate Requirement :
- Minimum 4 to 6 years should be from Life Insurance - Banca Channel
- Team Handling Experience is a must
Age : 30 - 40 yrs
Education: Graduation mandatory
