Qualification: Person should be a graduate.
Experience should be 5 to 10 Years
Job Profile :
- Responsible for sales of variety of products like General Insurance and Home loan, Car Loan, Auto Loan, consumer Loan, seeds Loan etc.
- Target Achievement and Revenue generations.
- Responsible for business development of general insurance through branches.
- Responsible for handling sales team, visit to each and every branch for business development.
- Responsible for Entire West Bengal & 105-15 Branches.
- Handling a team of 10-15 Sales Manager.
- Daily monitoring performance of all Sales Manager and give reports to Regional manager on daily basis
- Coordinating with Cluster Heads, branch head, senior officials & regular follow up with Corporate and Leading Business houses, Customer Sales & Service and Claim settlement.
