We are seeking a tech-savvy and entrepreneurial salesperson with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the BGV industry to join our team and drive the growth of ProtoVerify in the market.

Position Overview : As a Business Development Manager at Protostaff, you will play a crucial role in introducing and selling our innovative background verification software, ProtoVerify. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how ProtoVerify can enhance their BGV processes. We are looking for someone who is not only sales-oriented but also tech-savvy and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to help us expand our market presence.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and target potential clients, including businesses and organizations seeking background verification solutions.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ProtoVerify's features, benefits, and applications.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase how ProtoVerify can meet their specific BGV needs.

- Build and manage a sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their evolving requirements and providing ongoing support.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position ProtoVerify in the market.

- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client needs and market demands.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Protostaff.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the BGV industry.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of technology-driven products.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for contributing to the growth and success of a startup.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
