Roles & Responsibilities :

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Researching about organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Capabilities :

- Ability to meet targets and should be comfortable with deadlines

- Ability to lead and work as a part of a team. Should be Creative, collaborative & enthusiastic

- Excellent and clear verbal and written communication with high-level attention to detail

- Active listener, client need identifier and problem solver

Experience :

- Min 2 years Hands-on experience in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies

- Proven track record of B2B sales, bonus if the active network in HR and marketing circles of fortune 200Leadership level connections in the corporate world.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.

- Self-motivated and track record of driving results under minimal supervision.
