Manager - Business Development - B2B Solutions (3-8 yrs)
Competencies and Skills Required :
- Relevant experience of 2 - 6 years for selling of solutions related to Contact Center, Inside Sales programs, BPO projects etc.
- Candidate can be from Solution Sales, Project Sales, Consultative Sales
- Having experience of handling B2B sales/Enterprise sales/SMB Sales to Media Tech companies
- Somebody who has good Media PR background, experience in selling post production services etc.
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, good presentation skills
- Must have good negotiation skills
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Determines annual revenue and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities through references, cold calling, email campaigns etc.
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software-
