Role Description:

BDM will be responsible for achieving the New business target by identifying the leads and converting the lead she will also be responsible in managing some of the key accounts assigned in the territory. BDM will develop healthy relationship with the distributors to effectively manage and service the end customers.

Responsibilities / Key Tasks:

- Develop strong professional relationship with the end customer.

- Achieve the New Business target.

- Able to communicate with higher level managers.

- Effectively able to do territory planning without much supervision.

- Able to handle distributors specifically for customer servicing and A/R.

- Able to implement high level programs like CHESS in coordination with other senior level people in the organization.

Qualifications / Skills Requirement:

- 3-7 Years Experience

- Graduate/MBA

- Lead Generation

- Business Development

- Consultant to the existing accounts

- Relationship building
