The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Responsible for developing the sales team.

- Building good customer relationships, and closing deals for our annual car and bike subscription products. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our dynamic team and will be responsible for driving our growth through effective sales strategies.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Communication and negotiation skills Proven sales track record Ability to build rapport.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 6 years experience within a B2C Sales role, ideally within the Automotive industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have working knowledge of communication, negotiation

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- Graduated in business administration or a related field
