Role Description :

- This is a full-time, on-site role as an Agriculture Sales Manager located in Nellore(AP). The Agriculture Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of agriculture products and services. The role requires developing the company's sales strategies, increasing profitability, driving sales growth, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and an understanding of the agriculture sales market.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in agriculture sales, including management experience in sales

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business Administration, or related field required

- Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting techniques

- Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful sales strategies and programs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and market trends

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines

- Fluency in Hindi and English is required; other Indian languages are a plus

- Willingness to travel as required
