Manager - Business Development - Agriculture (5-10 yrs)
Role : Business Development Manager (Indore & Khargone)

Salary : 7 to 9 lac
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage sales, collection, category mix, digital initiatives, and local-level marketing for retailer business.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current retailers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Manage relationships with company people for seamless functioning in the market
- Manage a team of 6-10 BDAs in a specific area.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Agri background preferred not mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in sales & business development
- Ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
