Manager - Business Development - Agri Machinery Business (6-10 yrs)
Qualification: BSc/MSc Agri /BTech/MTech in Agri machinery, with hands on experience on agriculture projects, especially in organic farming, natural farming, modern faming methods.
Experience: 6-10 years
Role:
- Experience in ideation, strategy, programme and network management, strengthening partnerships, research and policy advocacy
- Significant experience in designing new initiatives, partner engagement, and resource planning
- Proficient in action research, capacity building, mentoring professionals, monitoring and impact assessments
- collaboration with visionary individuals, intellectual scientists and peer counterparts
- Association with key organizations, institutions, networks and funding agencies
Skills required:
- Excellent documentation, analytical, interpersonal communication, articulation, presentation and coordination skills
- Adept in team building, liaison, building multi-stakeholder networks in diverse cultural and geographical environments
- Research & data related Skills
