- Revenue Generation

- Build MDRT/ COT/TOT Advisors

Operational Efficiency :

- Includes sales & documentation process compliance.

- Drive FTR (First Time Right)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

QUALITATIVE :

- Achieving sales targets

- Recruitment of Zonal Marketing Associates & Advisors

- Activation / Productivity of Advisors

QUANTITATIVE :

- Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Targets
